Centre Step Cards: Two Designs

Twist on the side-step card. Tutorial found here.

First design uses strawberries cut from the Indie Art solution cricut cartridge.
I made two of this design but with different sentiments. One said "Sending you SWEET birthday wishes" and the other said "Thank you BERRY much".

The second features the hedgehog from create a critter.
I used flock on the dark brown layer of the hedgehog cut to add some interest and texture as well as glossy accents to the nose and eyes.

I apologise for the poor quality of the photos. It was late and I cannot be bothered to crop or edit them.

Easy Male Cards (Birthday, Father's Day etc.)

Card imitating a shirt and pocket. Simply fold the short ends of a double-sided piece of designer paper, making sure they meet in the centre. Then fold back the top two corners to create the collar. Add 3 buttons and fold a piece of DSP to add pocket. Embellish. Done! How easy. Also, depending on the sturdy-ness of the DSP you may want to add a rectangle of cardstock to the inside of the card so it isn't too flimsy.

Come One, Come All!! Circus Cards

Just a few quick cards using leftover papers (and sticker trims) from a layout. The range is Kaisercraft's "Party Animals".

The seal and elephant cuts are from the Cricut Create a Critter cartridge.

HOPPY BIRTHDAY CARD

Birthday easel card. Sentiment reads 'Hoppy Birthday' which was printed using my computer. Rabbit and carrots are from Create a Critter cartridge. Kindy Glitz (glitter glue - ie Stickles)(colour - Crystalina) was used inside the ears and nose to make it sparkly :)

The sentiment could also be replaced with Happy Easter to make it an easter themed card.
CHANDELIER BIRTHDAY CARD

Birthday card for my Mum using Kaisercraft Le Chateau paper (and die cut), as well as Kaisercraft Happy Birthday rub on. The chandelier was cut from the Home Decor cricut solutions cartridge using the shadow feature also. Light blue rhinestones were added also.
The card also uses the fiskers 'apron lace' border punch as well as cream and black ribbon.
A distressing tool was used on some layers.

DINOSAUR BIRTHDAY CARD

Birthday card for my young cousin.
Dinosaur from Create a Critter cartridge.
Ric rac ribbon was originally light blue but I inked it (thus creating a light and dark blue "look").
Behind the orange and dark blue buttons I stuck a small circle of black cardstock before sticking it down - just for something different.
Happy Birthday sentiment is a Kaisercraft rub on.

THANK YOU BUTTERFLY CARD

A quick thank you card I made a while ago. The design is not my own - click here for original from which I "scrap-lifted".

The circle card base is from Wild Card and butterfly is from Indie Art.

Not entirely happy with this card - probably because it was done in a rush and was a last minute thing.

Thanks for stopping by,
